Our Process

OUR coffee beans

Welcome to our farm, located in the beautiful hills of Piendamó, Cauca, in the southwest of Colombia! Our coffee thrives at 5,550 ft above sea level and benefits from natural shade provided by banana trees, guaduales, and various citrus fruit. This nurturing environment gives our coffee its unique, yet subtle, flavor. Once we have found the perfect bean, it is placed in large pools of water for about 48 hours to remove the pulp and allow for natural fermentation. The bean is then left to dry in the sun on our concrete fields. After drying, the beans are separated by size and sent to the mill to be processed for shipment.


We pride ourselves on sourcing and roasting only the best beans in the world. Our beans are certified as special by the Specialty Coffee Association, which represents thousands of coffee professionals, from producers to baristas worldwide.
